I highly recommend this hotel! I rarely comment on the staff at hotels, because I usually have little interaction with them outside of check-in and check-out. However, this trip I made several requests with the various staff members. ALL staff were polite, helpful, and provided exceptional service! I didn't get all the names, but Omir and Sanet stand out for their help. Breakfast was great! Many options each day and the menu rotated throughout our week and a half stay. The restaurant manager (didn't catch his name) was always enthusiastic to greet us and get our beverages. 10/10! The rooms are quiet! I never heard other guests. And if the balcony door was closed, I couldn't really hear street noise. Bed was comfortable (firm, no sag). Plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging phones and laptops. The balcony was small but pleasant. We had no need to use the air conditioner because the balcony door provided all the cooling we needed (in winter). And the room was sufficiently warm without needing heat. Location is excellent. Out of the hustle and bustle, but a five minute walk to anywhere you'd want to be (Blue mosque, Metro, Golata bridge). Many shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

okay the location was INCREDIBLE! if you want to walk around and literally be next to the main attractions of the misri souq, aya sophia, topkapi, all the bazzares and old souqs - then this is the place to be! the hotel is located on a side street in the center next to dozens of shops. the staff were so incredible and kind upon our arrival. they offered us the rooms for early check in as we had traveled through the night and were dead beat by the time we arrived. the hotel was clean but a bit humble in its design. the rooms were very clean but small. you have to make sure you check out the size of the room as you book them. the breakfast was not very good at the hotel and with very limited options on the buffet. An omlette was an extra charge and you had to pay at the table. the restaurant staff were abit stuff but nonetheless responsive. this is where I recommend you ditch the breakfast at the hotel option and you walk around the adjacent streets and have way more options for a reasonable price. food in Turkey is not expensive and their breakfast platters are always very very impressive.

It’s was very nice for our first time in Istanbul , the location was perfect everything was around the hotel mosque, restaurants, bar juices, shops. Lovely breakfast each morning 7am to 11h the breakfast was fresh and different with a lot of varieties of continental, traditional food and bakery with some dessert do I really like. I booked a family room with connecting door it’s was perfect for 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). Everyday Elma the housekeeping lady was so nice and always with a big smile she cleaned our room and bathroom like a professional and leave a really nice diffuseur scent each day with clean towels, slippers , and toileries. The bar is open from morning till 23h night and you can have a really nice Turkish tea in your room or whatever you want they really made everything fresh and really nice. Really nice management they will do everything to make you happy and guide you in the best way possible you will definitely not be disappointed if you come in Istanbul and choose the Grand Sirkeci I highly recommend it. They make my trip so memorable and enjoyable thank you so much.

I can't come to Istanbul without staying at Grand Sirkeci Hotel (this is my second time staying there) I have come to feel that it is my second home in Istanbul. I really like its distinctive location because it is close to all the tourist attractions and the most important means of transportation in Istanbul, such as the tram from Sirkeci station and the Sirkeci metro station, from which the Marmaray line, linking the European and Asian sides, starts and arrives. The location is close to the most important markets in Istanbul (the Egyptian Market and the Grand Bazaar). Eminonu is also the starting point for ferries and Bosphorus trips. In general, the hotel's location is strategic

This was my second stay at Grand Sirkeci. It is a wonderful hotel located in the busy Sirkeci area with convenient transport links very closeby. There are many restaurants and sweet shops within a five minute walk. The room was a great size, housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned to a great standard whenever needed. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety and mix of continental and Turkish cuisine. The chefs did a brilliant job! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but in particular, Abdullah, from the reception team, was extremely helpful and polite and assisted me when my taxi to the airport was delayed. He is a brilliant ambassador for the hotel.
